Love Africa emerged out of a desire to relieve the suffering and offer hope to those trapped in poverty.

Our hope is that you will be inspired by the photographs of precious people whose lives have been changed by the generosity of ordinary people like you!

The impact of a simple bag of groceries or a warm blanket given by caring strangers thousands of miles away, who stopped to give, whether a small or large amount, a one time donation or regularly, is life changing. It literally means a meal instead of hunger and hope over despair.

Our ministry partners on the ground identify the most needy within their reach and give in practical ways to meet needs, like food for children abandoned in a forgotten orphanage, the homeless, families left destitute as a result of the pandemic, clothes for a job interview, bedding for the cold winter, a sewing machine and fabric to help a mother of 3 start a small business, school supplies for children who could not otherwise get what they needed and love, lots of love, prayer and validation to restore hope and dignity.

"Jesus said "For when you saw me hungry, you fed me. When you found me thirsty, you gave me something to drink. When I had no place to stay, you invited me in, and when I was poorly clothed, you covered me. When I was sick, you tenderly cared for me, and when I was in prison you visited me.’

“Then the godly will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty and give you food and something to drink? When did we see you with no place to stay and invite you in? When did we see you poorly clothed and cover you? When did we see you sick and tenderly care for you, or in prison and visit you?’

“And the King will answer them, ‘Don’t you know? When you cared for one of the least important of these my little ones, my true brothers and sisters, you demonstrated love for me.’"
